VPS customers have a minimum of 7 days of backups of your files. There is a fee of $15 per request for the restoration of files or directories.

Virtual Machine in the Cloud customers do not have backups included. Backup protection is an optional add-on service. Customers must purchase backup space and then create a backup schedule. You may request assistance with the restoration of files or directories from your backups up to three times a month at no charge. Additional requests are $15 per request.
