Payment Terms

Service for New Hosting Accounts

Payment must be made before your account can be set up. If you pay online, your account will be set up as soon as your payment is accepted by our billing system. Our advanced technology allows us to provision your account automatically. However, due to the high incidence of fraud in our industry, each new account undergoes a comprehensive fraud review, which sometimes requires that we suspend your service until we have confirmation. You may also pay offline, using a check or wire tranfer. We will set your account up as soon as possible after receiving an offline payment.

Service for Existing Hosting Accounts

Your account will be billed automatically for renewal at the end of your hosting service period, which is monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on what cycle you chose when you signed up for the service. The bill will cover your service for the upcoming service period. You have the options of having our system charge your card automatically each billing cycle, paying manually on-line using your card, or making an offline payment.

You will have a grace period of 5 days from the first day of service for the upcoming service period. In the event that payment is not received by the end of the grace period, your account will be subject to suspension.

Domains, SSL Certificates, Software, Licenses, Hardware

Purchases of SSL certificates, domains, software, hardware and other expense items must be paid for in advance.

PayPal - This payment method is available in your Control Panel. Paypal can not be configured for automatic payment. You must login to your Control Panel to apply the payment.

Wire Transfer - Wire transfers are subject to a minimum amount and are generally used for quarterly or longer subscription terms. Contact billing@eapps.com for information and instructions on how to pay via Wire Transfer.
