Policy - Billing Disputes and Credit Card Chargebacks

Our Customer Service department is available to resolve any billing issues or disputes. We will do everything we can to research your account, report our findings to you, and offer a fair and proper resolution for your billing issue.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the resolution, you have the right to request that our customer service department escalates your issue to the President of the company.

AT NO TIME is it appropriate to make a charge back to your credit card for a disputed bill. Our customer service department is responsible for working with you to arrive at a fair resolution. When you make a chargeback to your card it adds considerable unnecessary time to both your efforts and ours to come to a resolution, and results in us incurring a bank fee for the chargeback.

In the event that you make a charge back to your credit card 1) while eApps Customer Service was working on your dispute, or 2) the billing was found to be accurate and consistent with eApps billing terms, you will be responsible for a $25 charge back fee.
